Terms of service.
Last Updated: August 7, 2026
Welcome to www.natmedidaho.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by Naturopathic Medicine of Idaho ("NatMed Idaho," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through it (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who We Are
NatMed Idaho is a naturopathic medical clinic located in Boise, Idaho, providing naturopathic health services, patient education, and related information through this Site. Nothing on this Site should be understood as replacing the guidance of a licensed physician.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this Site or to schedule an appointment through it. If you are scheduling on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are their parent or legal guardian and have authority to do so.
3. No Doctor-Patient Relationship From Site Use Alone
Browsing this Site, submitting a contact form, or requesting an appointment does not, by itself, create a doctor-patient relationship. A doctor-patient relationship is established only after you have completed intake, been formally accepted as a patient, and had a direct clinical encounter with one of our licensed naturopathic physicians.
4. Medical Disclaimer
The content on this Site — including articles, blog posts, FAQs, and any general health information — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to:
- Diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition;
- Substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment; or
- Be relied upon for any specific medical decision.
Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on this Site.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.
5. Appointments and Scheduling
- Appointment requests made through the Site are requests only and are subject to confirmation by our clinic staff.
- Cancellation and rescheduling policies, including any applicable fees, will be provided at the time of scheduling or in your patient intake paperwork.
- We reserve the right to decline to schedule or to continue treating any individual at our clinical discretion.
6. Privacy and Protected Health Information
Your use of the Site is also governed by our [Privacy Policy] (link to be added). If you become a patient, your protected health information ("PHI") is handled in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA") and our Notice of Privacy Practices, which will be provided separately at intake.
Please do not submit sensitive medical information through general contact forms on this Site unless the form is specifically designated as a secure patient portal.
7. Telehealth (If Applicable)
If we offer telehealth or virtual consultations, such services are subject to additional consent forms and may be limited by your location, as naturopathic licensure and telehealth regulations vary by state. It is your responsibility to confirm you are physically located in a state where we are authorized to provide care at the time of your appointment.
8. User Conduct
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information when scheduling or communicating with us;
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, our systems, or patient data;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site's functionality or security;
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and articles — is the property of NatMed Idaho or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. No other use is permitted without our prior written consent.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., scheduling platforms, payment processors, social media). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that provider's own terms.
11. Testimonials and Reviews
Any testimonials or reviews displayed on the Site reflect individual patient experiences and do not guarantee similar results for any other individual.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NATMED IDAHO AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS LIMITATION DOES NOT APPLY TO CLAIMS ARISING FROM ACTUAL CLINICAL CARE PROVIDED TO PATIENTS, WHICH ARE GOVERNED BY SEPARATE PATIENT AGREEMENTS AND APPLICABLE LAW.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NatMed Idaho, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho.
